Impact of Findings:
Our findings impact the world by showing us that many kids/teens use many short handed text and that it affects their literacy in so many ways. We don't think that our finding benefit anyone unless they want to have a short knowledge in grammar. The findings we found impact our history and future in so many ways our future might not have the best grammar and we will depend on other people also we are going in a bad path. We can see the sad reality of our generation and future generations. teens don't look at the bad that text messaging can cause them. It affects their literacy by not knowing how to correctly punctuate their words, grammar, speaking, school and even finding a job. In the research that was made they found that teens send about 1800 text messages per month that that is not accurate because text messages have increased. They also found that this issue affects teacher because they have to grade essays and work that sometimes are being written in text forms. You can say that the over use of texting is determinating the way teens/students write formally in the classroom, the characters that text messages have caused students to forms their own style of writing.
Answer/ result:
Yes we were able to answer our question, because text messaging does affect our grammar because teens text like for example "ttly" "gtg" "wyd" etc. they find an easy way of texting rather than using the correct way. In order to get what they want done. We wanted to learn about the damage that texting can cause on teens and we did learn, we learn that it can affect your grammar, your grades, your future in trying to get a job, your skills and so much more. we wanted to inform teens about the damage that texting in short terms can do to you and encourage them to not just write in short term because they are to lazy to write proper its better to write correctly than getting in a habit to write short and damage your grammar.
